What we collect and why

• Contact form: your name, email and message, so we can reply.
• Newsletter: your email address, so we can send you our newsletter. You can unsubscribe any time.
• Discovery-call bookings: your name, email, the time you choose and anything you tell us about your business, so we can hold the call.
• Wedding inquiries and questionnaires: your names, contact details, wedding date, venue and the details you share, so we can check availability, quote and plan your wedding content.
• Creator, partner and presale applications: your name, contact details, social media handles and audience information, business details and the answers you give, so we can review your application and follow up about Wrap & Yap.
• Client and creator hub accounts: your name, email and login, plus the information, files and stats you or our team add to your hub, so we can deliver our services. When you sign a document in the hub we record your signature, the time, and your IP address and device, so there is a reliable record of the signing.
• Wrap & Yap ticket purchases: the buyer's name, email, optional phone number and the names of guests, so we can confirm your order and keep the guest list. Card details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by us.

Who helps us process it

• Stripe processes ticket payments.
• A transactional email service sends confirmations, invitations and replies on our behalf.
• Applications are copied to our Google Sheets so our team can review them.
• Our website and database host stores the information you submit.

These providers only use your information to provide their service to us.

We never sell your data

We never sell personal data, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing. We only share information when it's needed to provide what you asked for, or when the law requires it.

Cookies and browser storage

We don't use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. The site stores a small note in your browser so the newsletter pop-up doesn't keep reappearing, and if you log in to a hub, your browser keeps you signed in. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout to process payments and prevent fraud.

How long we keep it

We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose above, or as long as the law requires (for example, payment and signed-agreement records).

Your choices

To ask for a copy of your information, or to have it corrected or deleted, email info@thesocialrecipe.com. We'll reply and let you know if anything has to be kept for legal reasons.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top. See also our Terms of Service.
