These terms apply when you use thesocialrecipe.com, a client or creator hub account, or buy a Wrap & Yap ticket. The site is operated by Lauren Hogsette, doing business as The Social Recipe, in Ohio, USA. By using the site you agree to these terms.
Using this website
You may browse the site and use its forms for their intended purpose. Please don't misuse the site: no spam, no attempts to access accounts or data that aren't yours, no interfering with how the site works, and no submitting information that is false or that you don't have the right to share.
Hub accounts
Client and creator hub accounts are created by invitation only. You are responsible for keeping your login private and for activity under your account. Documents you sign in the hub are electronic signatures and are binding in the same way as a signature on paper. We may suspend or end hub access if these terms are broken or when our working relationship ends.
Any services we provide to you are governed by the separate agreement you sign with us. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.
Our content
The text, photos, videos, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to The Social Recipe or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission. Ownership of content we create for clients is set out in each client's agreement.
Wrap & Yap tickets
Tickets to Wrap & Yap 2026 are sold through this site and paid for through Stripe. Each ticket is for the session shown on your order. All sales are final; tickets are transferable. Full details are in our Refund policy.
The ticket price covers your wrapping supplies, drinks, light bites and swag bag. Purchases and add-on experiences from vendors are not included and are paid separately.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided "as is". To the fullest extent allowed by law, The Social Recipe is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site or a ticket purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase, if any.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Ohio.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
